What will I get in my cat subscription box?

Each month you will receive 6-10 high quality items for you and your cats to share. We work with Independent UK Artists and brands to bring you the best quality items. Expect handmade cat toys, and quirky cat themed goodies that aren’t readily available on the high street.

When will I get my cat box?

Our cat subscriptions boxes are dispatched together, they are all sent out on the 20th day of each month for  customers. They usually arrive within 2-3 days of dispatch

How much is a monthly cat subscription box?

A monthly cat box costs £33 per month (Free UK Postage). You can cancel your subscription at anytime after the 3 month mimimum period.

Can I just get an one time cat gift box?

Of course you can. Our gift boxes are the same price as our monthly boxes. Whether you want to try our cat subscription box before committing to a monthly box or you want to find a gift for the cat lady in your life, we got you!

Can I include a gift message inside the Box?

Yes you can! Please include any messaging that you want in the box in the notes section during checkout and we’ll take care of the rest!

How do I pay for my Cattitude Box?

We accept all major debit and credit cards. Simply pay for your first Cattitude Box when you are setting up your subscription then your subscription will repeat payment on the 1st of each month, for example if you join between the 1st and the 15th payment will next be taken on the following 1st of the month for the next months shipment. until failed or cancelled. You can also Purchase an one-time gift box without subscription.

Will I be charged for delivery?

UK cat subscriptions are eligible for free delivery. 

Can I cancel my monthly cat subscription and how?

Yes, you can cancel at any time. You can also skip a month or pause your subscription temporarily. Please note when you sign up there is a 3 month minimum period.

What if my card is declined on the day you charge me?

We will try debit your account every 24-72 hours until it is successful. If we are unable to successfully charge you after several attempts, we will withhold shipment of the Cattitude Box until your billing details are updated. The subscription will go into ‘on hold’ mode until your billing details are updated. This may result in you missing out on a particular monthly cat box as they often sell out really quick. However, this will not cancel the subscription and we will charge your account on the following month.

Do you Ship International

We do ship internationally but please bare in mind we have had to add the shipping fee to cover our costs to ship.
